"Scubaphone" is a registered trade name. Orcatron's products are sold in over forty countries. During the Company's 14 year history of sales they have demonstrated there is a proven market for diver communications equipment.

Orcatron will promote product sales through magazine advertisements, point of purchase advertising, such as posters for dive stores and resorts, exhibitions at dive shows, use of the Company's products on popular television dive programs and television advertising. Orcatron product information is also available on the Internet.

The Company plans to sell Scubaphone Sport directly to retail stores, through catalogues, through direct vertical market segments and via the Internet in North America. The company will also sell the Scubaphone SPORT outside North America through a network of dealers with whom Orcatron already has an established relationship.
